You Have Goals
If you want to grow your business, you need to have a clear understanding of where you are going. If you don’t know where you’re headed, you’ll have no idea you’ve arrived.
We're talking S.M.A.R.T. Goals here... Not "I need to lose weight", but "I will lose 5 pounds in the next 8 weeks by eating a low carb diet and jogging 3 times a week". Specific. Measurable. Actionable. Realistic. Time-Based. Goals.
Clearly defined goals are essential for successful marketing campaigns, so if you've got goals or are willing to work with us to define them then let's talk.
You Have a Budget
If you really want to dominate your competition online, you’re going to need to make an investment. That’s just the way it is.
We don't cut corners to give you a less expensive (and less worthy) solution. We don’t work for equity in your start-up or barter for your services. What we do is focus services and recommendations on our clients that are going to see a positive return for what they invest.
There's no need to take out a second mortgage but the project's budget is a business investment, and you need to treat it that way. If you implement our strategies and you are coachable, you’ll get a positive return.
You Know Your Audience
Although your marketing strategy will be all about your company or organisation, it’s built for your audience. The way to generate new customers online is by becoming strategically visible and building trust to attract them to you.
Be prepared to identify, connect with, and create lots of value to build your audience.
You Have Time
If we are going to work as a team we will demand your undivided attention over the course of the project. This is NOT optional. We reserve the right to fire a client when they let the project slip. We know you have a business to run - but so do we.
From providing useful and timely feedback, to being available for a quick chat, to providing content on time, you're going to need to have the time to get stuff done. This is not optional.
